“Kingfisher”
inspiration
My husband and I have had the privilege of seeing KingFishers in nearly every part of the world we have visited. Some couples have a song, we have a bird - the KingFisher.
technique
I covered a stretched canvas with Das Italian Modeling Clay, then built the bird up in layers using a charming photo of a KingFisher drying its wing as a reference.
