“Tree Bas Reliefs”
inspiration
Mother Nature tossed a box of colored gemstones across the mountains and valleys of Colorado transforming the aspen, cottonwoods and neighborhood trees into a dazzling array of brilliance. How could I not be inspired to create my own little bits of joy with this series of trees!
technique
Bas reliefs are made with Apoxy sculpting clay and on canvas, painted with acrylic.
