inspiration
While walking by a church on the streets of Rome, I witnessed a heartrending scene. A poor, down trodden man sat on the church steps. A woman kneeled next to him with her hand on his shoulder.Though this scene happened many years ago, it has stayed in my memory as an example of how we might be of comfort to one another.

Compassion is a bas relief on a framed 12” x 16” canvas created with Apoxy sculpting clay and acrylic paint. It is wired for hanging.
